You Are Always Creating

In every minute of every day, you are offering a vibration. This means that you are creating all of the time!

When you think a thought… you’re creating.
When you speak a word… you’re creating.
When you take an action… you’re creating.

When I first understood this, I felt as if I should be really careful about the words that come out of my mouth and pay strict attention to my thoughts. After all, I didn’t want to create something unwanted. I’m sure you don’t either.

The problem with trying to monitor our thoughts is that we have so many of them! It would be a mammoth task to monitor every single thought that you think.

That is why its better for us to gradually change our mindset and start forming new, empowering habits that do serve us.

One habit that I’ve formed is the ability to change my focus when I notice I’m feeling not so good. By paying attention to my feelings, I’m able to quickly change what I’m giving my attention to and start focusing on something that doesn’t bring me that negative emotion.

You can do this too. The first step is to start paying attention to the way you feel. Start catching those smaller negative emotions like boredom, frustration and disappointment and immediately give your attention to something that does please you.

By simply doing this one action whenever you notice negative emotion, you’re going to be making massive headway with all of the things you want to manifest.

    Dear Gary,

    I have recently noted how important it is to constantly work on the positive mindset. Negative thoughts take control quite easily… certainly because they have been so comfortable in us for so long -that’s my case, at least.

    I have been “on the positive side” for more than a year now, truly focusing on the good.

    However, this week something not so positive happened and the fall of my vibrations happened with an amazing ease.

    So, I seriously recommend that we keep the effort permanently and never “let the guard down”.

    A positive thing, though, is that after focusing on the good for so long, I was all the time (48 hours) attempting to raise my vibrations and knowing that I had to change my focus to attract good stuff.

    Only that I couldn’t achieve it for 48 hours!!

    It’s quite easy to raise our vibes when we are already at some high frequency and it feels so difficult when we are feeling negative.

    So, my advice for all of us, me included, is: keep your vibes up as much as possible, keep ‘doing our job’ the best we can and permanently “work” on feeling better and better and better.

    Thankfully, I’m on the + side now, 100%.
