The Focus Wheel Process

16th January 2010

I just came across this video explaining Abraham’s Focus Wheel process. It’s a great explanation and I think this is one of the best processes of raising my own vibration, so enjoy!

Very interesting animation! I find very difficult to practically employ the law of attraction. But I am willing to succeed. That is why I started my own blog to track my progress.

Thanks so much Gary, for the clearest explanation of the Law of Attraction ever!!. I have been using the Abraham-Hicks materials for over 15 years and recently have added focus wheels to my nightly gratitude writing that I do at the end of each day. I hadn’t done a focus wheel for many years. I am finding them so very powerful. One thing that I do in addition to the wheel as you described it, is when I’m finished with all the statements I then go back to the first statement I made and I read out loud all the statements, going once around the circle or sometimes twice endling with the center statement and the feeling affirmation at the end. I do this rapidly so that my internal naysayer voice doesn’t have a chance to butt in. As I am reading the statements I also take my pen and draw an arrow from each statement toward the center statement. Doing this helps me to keep my attention on the positive statements, preventing any canceling out voices that might try to sneak in. Thank you so much for your wonderful web site and contribution to the manifestation process.
