Switching Your Focused Attention

Every time you think or experience something that is unwanted - a new preference is born within you.
That preference is instantaneously heard by the universe, in fact the universe hears your vibration and not your words, so you don’t even need to speak your desire out loud for it to be heard. Once received, the Law of Attraction immediately begins yielding it to you.
The only thing stopping that new desire from materializing itself into your experience, is your alignment with it.
You cannot be in alignment with your desire in the ‘desire forming stage’, because those are the moments when you are focusing on not having it. You get into alignment with the desire by changing what you give your attention. I call this the ‘desire receiving stage’.
So if you’ve been focusing on the lack of whatever it is that you want, you need to switch that attention before the desire can materialize. It really is that simple… the more attention you give to not having what you want, the more not having what you want you will experience.
Some people recommend that you give your attention to the having of your desire. That is a great way of allowing it into your experience, yet some of us find that quite difficult since we’re so conditioned to focusing on the lack of what we want.
The other way, is to give your attention to anything else that makes you feel good. Those good feeling vibrations that you send out when feeling good will attract back to you everything that you’ve been wanting. You just need to stay in the feel good space for a little bit of time.

I second the idea to being in the feel good space for a while. When we feel more connected to joy, we are better able to keep our energy vibes up. Our auras are more positive and in attracting better outcomes.
