Creating a Comfortable Routine for Manifestation
17th December 2007
A routine is essential for getting yourself into a place of feeling good and manifestation. Without a routine you will be sporadic with your intention and will only apply your processes “now and then” which is not likely to have enough of an effect on your overall feeling.
For me and in my own personal experience having a routine has been invaluable. It has kept me accountable for consciously feeling good even when I’ve had some not so good days.
Your routine should be comfortable for you. It should not be a chore of any kind, it must be something that you look forward to and really want to do. No one else can choose what will be right for you, and so you are the best and only person to decide what is right for you.
I have created a morning and evening routine.
I spend 2 hours in the mornings and 2 hours in the evenings doing my processes. I also carry certain processes into my day time routine, however these are only refreshers to keep me in a place of feeling good.
Now you may be thinking, “I’ve got to give up 4 hours to feeling good every day?” No. Not at all. This is what I do because it makes me feel good. In fact if you could get into the habit of doing processes for just 30 minutes in the evening and 30 minutes in the morning then this could be just as powerful to you.
I love giving time to myself and I love making myself feel good and so I want to give as much time to myself to do it!
So the first step to ensuring that you will stick to your manifestation processes is to make a routine that you are comfortable with.
Next you need to pick out the processes that feel really good to you and ensure you stick to them on a daily basis. Remember, this should be a fun and exhilarating process for you, so if it feels like a chore or hard work, then it’s not something you should do. Here are some suggestions to help get you started;
Meditation
Gratitude Diary
Feel Good Statements
Vision Board
Music
