An Excellent Piece of Advice…
28th May 2009
Get so fixated on what you want, that you drown out any vibration or reverberation that has anything to do with what you do not want.

It’s always good to be reminded of where we should fix our focus on
Very good piece of advice and I wonder from where does Abraham Hicks can get such insightful thoughts…..good job Gary….
I’d like to humbly suggest an alternative view. Indeed, I believe that “becoming fixated on what I want” is not only selfish, but ultimately a recipe for unhappiness. I would suggest that we learn to listen for our Calling instead. Listen for traveling directions and make the shift to “What am I being asked to do,” rather than “What do I want to do.” Sure we’ll passionately “want” to do what we’re Called to do, but it’s a must different starting place. I believe we must be careful not to become so fixated on what “I want” that what we drown out is the message of our Calling.
wonderful piece of advice and it is good to always be reminded of what we need to do and where to fix our focus on . thanks
