Thank you John.

I appreciate you very much! Thank you.

I like the fact that you're using contrasting situations to help get yourself into a feel good. That's really cool. I find those situations to yield the most growth.

Just the other day we had some drilling going on all throughout the day. Instead of becoming frustrated, I used it as a way to become present in the moment. It shunted me into it more powerfully than normal!

Wishing you much abundance, John. Thanks for reading my blog.

Hi Gary,
Thank you so much for your inspiring message. I am applying your teachings every day in my life and in all aspect. I maintain a feel good attitude always although at some point cause by work, fatigue and the people we work with, there's a tendency to go back to negativity and that's the time i recall your teaching and try consciously to substitute this with feel good thoughts. One of the liberating feeling is learning to forgive and forget those persons, events, circumstances that gives you a negative feelling. Although at first this is quite difficult, but applying it everyday and releasing those people who hurt you to their highest good, it really gives you that enormous feel good. Its hard to explain, but you've got to do it to experience it. May God bless you ETA (Exceedingly, Tremendously, Abundantly) and protect you always. I want you to know that there are lots of people who appreciate what's your doing. More power. Thanks.
