So, What Do I Want?

Often we deliberate creators get the occasional unwanted thought or negative moment that we dwell upon. Isn’t it funny how it’s never our fault? “My mother made me feel like that” or “If he hadn’t of said that, then I wouldn’t feel this way”.
It’s a difficult task to ensure that you are only ever thinking positive thoughts. You shouldn’t be alarmed if you do find yourself thinking a thought that doesn’t serve you. The simple fact that you’ve noticed that you’re not thinking something that will serve you immediately puts you ahead of 95% of the population.
When in conversations with friends or family and the other person starts talking in a negative domineer you have two choices to make. You can either;
1. Continue to listen to it and do your best not to let it affect you. This is pretty impossible since words are what create thoughts in your head which determines your emotions. Unless you completely switch off and do not listen to a word of it, this is going to be a hard thing to do.
2. Make the decision that feeling good means something to you and you end the conversation as soon as possible.
You may be thinking, well I like my brother, mother or friend and I don’t want to just cut them off and not speak to them. We are not encouraging you not to speak to them, we are only encouraging you not to continue dialogue with them whilst they are in a negative vibration.
The only reason you were able to speak to that person in the first place is because your vibrations were a close match. Now in the conversation it took a turn for the worse and your friend or family member started to vibrate at a more negative level than before. Do you want to go down there with them?
You can’t help them down there. The best thing for you to do is to recognise that feeling good means something to you and lead by example. Cut the conversation off, go do something to improve your own vibration and do not give a second thought to the other person. They will be just fine and everything that is happening in their own life is perfect for them.
This is a very orderly universe.
When you do notice that you are thinking negatively it is not uncommon for deliberate creators to try and suck that thought back because they know that thoughts are defining their reality. This process of trying to get your thought back is actually activating the thought even more as you are giving it attention.
Instead of flurrying and worrying over a single thought, simple ask yourself the following question:
“So, what do I want?”
And in that moment, give your attention to what it is that you do want. All things that you say you’ve been wanting are on their way to you in abundance, just feel good about it and know that feeling good means something to you.

Positivity Prevails

Having a positive outlook can remarkably change the way you live your life. There is science behind the scenes working for you, day and night, to ensure that what you’ve been saying and thinking is what you get tomorrow.
The Law of Attraction is the most powerful scientific law ever discovered. It operates with mathematical precision and it simply lines up similar thoughts, people, places, circumstances and events for you to experience.
When you say;
• I appreciate that
• I applaud that
• I really like that
• I acknowledge the value in that
The universe in that very moment is conspiring to bring you more of it. On the flip side of the coin when you say;
• I dislike that
• I do not want that
• I hate that
• That shouldn’t be here, get it away
The universe responds to your emotions (which are derived from your thoughts and words) and yields more of it!
Be careful with what you think.
You do not need to make a big thing of this! It doesn’t matter if you think a negative thought, and a little bit of those negative thoughts get into your experience. It does not matter. Just make sure that you consciously choose better thoughts when you remember to do so.
It is good practice to make an effort every now and then to think nothing but good thoughts so that you can rest assured that more of it is on the way.
Thoughts are where your power comes from. Your thoughts are the biggest influencers on your emotions. It is your emotions that are doing the work here and so if you can control your thoughts, you can therefore control your emotions.
It is estimated that humans have 60,000 thoughts every single day. Trying to control them all and keep them tightly on a leash would be tough to say the least. However you can make just a little bit of effort here and there and successful alter the outcome of certain experiences well in advance of you getting there.

Manifesting Words

It is not your words that manifest your dreams, goals and desires, it is your emotions. Your emotions however are partially controlled by your words, so words do have a crucial part to play in the manifestation process.
When you say certain statements, you activate certain emotions.
If I were to describe a bright juicy yellow lemon to you, you’re mouth might start watering. And if I were to say something like, as you cut open the succulent yellow lemon, the juice gently drips out onto the carving board. You then squeeze the lemon and watch its tangy lemon juice drip into a glass. You can already smell the tangy lemon juice!
You’re mouth probably will start to water!
Your words cause you to think certain things depending on what you say. This can be good if you say the right things, but it can work against you if you are not aware of it.
If I was to say, “don’t run there”. The action words that you hear are “run there” and consequently you get an image in your mind of running there.
On the other hand if I say “walk carefully”. This triggers an image of walking carefully.
Your thoughts ultimately make up your day to day experiences as it’s those thoughts that trigger the emotions within you. And it is your emotions that are doing the manifesting – not the thoughts themselves, but the emotions you feel from the thoughts!
What does this mean then? Be a bit more careful with your words and your thoughts. Here are some common examples of phrases people are using everyday, and the action words that the person hears.
Do not mess up your bedroom = Mess up your bedroom
Don’t be bad for grandma = Be bad for grandma
Don’t eat this delicious pie = Eat this delicious pie
Don’t be late = Be late
Don’t worry about it = Worry about it
Take your dog as a good example.
You don’t say to your dog … “don’t walk there” or “don’t come over here”. Instead we generally say “Sit!” or “Stay!”. If you could start using the similar words that you use for your dog in everyday life, things would be much simpler for you.
Dogs learn words that mean something to them. The word “sit” means exactly that, sit. The word “walk” can cause a frenzy of wagging tails to occur. In an effort not to confuse your dog you use direct verbal communication.
Saying what you want is the key here. Just take a moment to think about what it is you’re saying before you say it and the emotions that are triggered can be completely different.

It Is Good To Feel Good

Do you need to use vision boards, meditations, self-help CDs and other tools to manifest your desires?
When becoming a deliberate creator you have to remember that not all of the same tools that work for one person will work for another. If this was so, we would all be millionaires right now from just reading one book!
Over the years there have been many great teachers sharing their tools, tips, tricks and techniques with us so that we too can make our dreams a reality. My favourite and most highly respected teacher I’ve ever come across is the teaching of Abraham-Hicks who teach very easy, understandable methods of manifesting.
All techniques that teachers share with us have one common denominator. They are all designed to make you feel good. Whether it is meditating, visualising a vision board, listening to affirmations or listening to a subliminal self-help CD’s – every tool is designed to make you feel good.
Why is this? Feeling good is all there is. It is the purpose for your being. You are not on this planet to reproduce and then die. You are not here to earn lots of money and then die. Your purpose here right now is to experience as much joy, fun, happiness and love as you possibly can! You shouldn’t waste a single second of it.
Why would you want to waste your time doing something that wasn’t enjoyable?
Everyone has their own individual ideas of what is enjoyable and what isn’t, which is why this universe and the world we live in is so brilliant. A good example of this would be the difference between age groups. Generally the older generation do not like technical gizmos and devices such as computers, whereas the younger generation have fallen in love with them.
Coming back to the original point of this article then, you do not need to use every different tip, tool or technique under the sun. These teachers are just sharing what has helped them because they enjoy helping you.
My advice is to try them all out. If it resonates with you, you will sure know about it because it makes you feel so good. It makes you happy, alive and joyful. On the other hand, you may not get these types of feelings and so that technique is not the right one for you.
One universal technique that I have found works with everyone and anyone is a process called “finding a thought that feels better”. To do this process you simply poke around inside your thoughts until you can find a thought that feels just a little better than your previous thought. Then when you’ve found a thought that feels better, milk it for everything its worth! Suck all of the goodness out of that thought and dwell upon it. Then move on and think of another thought that feels slightly better than the thought you just had…
You can see where this one is going?
Before long you will be feeling so damn great, you will be in love with everything and everyone around you. I invite you to try it.
Just remember one thing … it is good to feel good!

Fail to Succeed and You Succeed at Failing

Alan Lakein, a world leading expert on personal time management said;
“Time = Life, Therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or master your time and master your life.”
And he was right! Time can tick away and before you know it, weeks, months and years can pass without having achieved much of anything. Life will pass you by if you are happy to let it. If, on the other hand, you have set yourself goals and have huge desires then there is no reason you should fail at anything!
Alan Lakein, also said;
“Failing to plan, is planning to fail”
Is he right? I feel planning is important however I do not think it is the most crucial element of success. It is impossible to plan for inspired action and since I am a strong believer that inspired action can come at any time, I don’t feel that lack of proper planning will guarantee my failure.
I say;
“Fail to succeed and you succeed at failing”
Success can be anyone’s if they have a strong enough desire for it. Being prepared to do anything to achieve your goal is what will propel you into success. If you burn all bridges behind you and put yourself in a position where failure is not an option then and only then will you experience real living!
Man can do anything they can dream of. If you’re in a position where you cannot walk away and go back to old habits then you force yourself to look at only one outcome - succeeding. And when you focus on that one outcome, success is guaranteed.
To start you off on a smaller scale, I feel setting yourself small goals and achieving them no matter what will help you to build a strong successful attitude. Here are some examples:
• If you’re in Internet Marketing, then setting yourself certain sales goals will help you grow your business further.
• Set a target for your monthly salary and every month up it by an extra $200. In just 1 year you’ll be earning an extra $2,400.
• If you’re a golfer then set a goal to beat your previous handicap each and every month.
• Maybe you’re a song writer … set yourself a goal of writing at least one song every week.
Healthy competition doesn’t hurt you it can only make you stronger and better. It provides a platform for you to better yourself and to become more. By becoming more you are able to give more. And by giving more, you are more.

3 Simple Steps to Attract Miracles

To start manifesting a miracle you need to get yourself into alignment with what you’ve been wanting. There are many different ways that you can accomplish this. You can focus on the desire itself, and feel gratitude for already having your desire and feel as if you already have that thing and have achieved it. Or, you can feel good in the moment about something else and not give any attention to the lack of what you are wanting.
I’m going to show you three different ways of turning your attention away from the lack of it.
Love
Love is by far the most powerful emotion that you can possibly feel. Think back to when you were in high school and you had a crush on someone. The passion, excitement and appreciation for that person are the feelings that have immense power. Can you remember how it felt? Maybe you’re deeply in love with someone now and know exactly how it feels!
Your first method of attracting a miracle is to spend time thinking about a past love relationship that you had. You can close your eyes if you want to, or you can just gaze out of the window, gently dreaming.
You must get into the feelings of that relationship. How did it feel at the time? What emotions were you going through? How passionate was it. Focus only on the positive emotions, even if you are no longer with that person. Just think back to the wonderful sexual energy that you had going at that time and rekindle those memories.
You remember that feeling of butterflies in your tummy? Recall it all! Live it again, and dwell on it for as long as feels comfortable to you.
Appreciate Nature
Appreciating the nature you have around you is another wonderful method you can use to attract your miracles. When you’re gazing and appreciating life, everything you’ve been saying you want is in that moment magnetizing its way towards you. The more joy, love and appreciation you feel – the more positive manifestations will occur.
I go for a walk every single morning, and I encourage you to adopt a similar routine. When you go for your walks in nature, try and find somewhere that has little disturbances but much beauty to admire. This will help you focus on the sheer loveliness of your surroundings.
Beautiful vibrant flowers, rivers, lakes, lush green woods and forests are all perfect places for you to go out and experience nature. When out on your walk, give gratitude for being where you are. And feel real appreciation for having such an abundant universe. I guarantee you that when you return home, you will feel much better than you did before you set out.
Focus on an object
Beauty is all around you. Right now, I can guarantee you that you have some object of beauty around you with or without you truly realising it.
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”
Find an object in your room that looks pretty to you or is of interest to you and start to list in your mind all of the positive aspects about it.
• Why do you like it so much?
• Does it have an interesting shape?
• What colour is it?
• Is it a perfect size?
• Does it remind you of something?
You can do this with any object at all. The intention is find positive aspects about certain objects in your room. Once you’ve given as much gratitude and appreciation as you can for that object, then move on and find another object.
Your object could be as simple as a lit candle or an interesting wooden box.

Your Thoughts Don’t Manifest – Feelings Do!

Very often I’m subjected to material from self-development experts all of the opinion that in order to achieve what you want out of life, you must think it into being.
I do believe that thoughts have an important role in the manifestation process however they are not what are causing manifestation. One message that is congruent from all teachers of the Law of Attraction is that you must feel your desires.
Feel your desires? That’s not possible, right?
What I mean by this statement is that you must generate a physical feeling within you. Usually this feeling will occur in your solar plexus (the area where you’ve gotten ‘butterflies’ before) or in one of your main chakras.
Your thoughts are used as a catalyst to generate these feelings, so saying that your thoughts are not important would be completely irresponsible – because they’re like the fuel that you use to light your own little fire!
But it is those feelings that you get that have all of the manifestation power. If you haven’t exercised your feelings in a while then you may not be very receptive to having the physical sensation of your feelings. Don’t despair – with just a little effort you can get energy moving all over your body and really start to feel your desires.
The best way to do this is by meditating at least once a day for twenty to thirty minutes. Whilst in meditation you can do one of two things;
Stop thinking entirely – Your well being and the natural source is your birth right. There is no source of evil at all, there is just pure goodness in total abundance. The only reason we’ve ever experienced something unwanted is because we’ve been holding ourselves in a place that doesn’t let that goodness in! We’ve been thinking and feeling things unwanted.
When you stop thinking completely then you’re in a place of no resistance. And when you’re in a place of no resistance you will FEEL good and also everything you associate with feeling good is hurling its way towards you!
If you don’t like the idea of stopping your thoughts then you can try visualizing yourself already in possession of what it is you want. Live the experience in your mind. Create as many details around your desires as possible – and live them! What you want to be doing is monitoring your feelings whilst doing this. Does one particular visualization feel better than another? Great! You’ve just worked out what you should spend more time visualizing. Get generating as many of those awesome good feelings as you can and suck all of the emotion and energy from the visualization!
Feel the feelings as if you already have what you want and I promise that if you can get into a really good feeling place everyday and remain in a place where those thoughts are easily accessible then an abundance of EVERYTHING you’ve ever wanted will bombard your door down.
